Mahādhanavāṇijavatthu

Idha vassaṁ vasissāmi,
idha hemantagimhisu;
Iti bālo vicinteti,
antarāyaṁ na bujjhati.

English

“Here I will stay for the rains;
here for winter, here the summer”;
thus the fool thinks,
not realizing the danger.
