Suppabuddhaṁ pabujjhanti,
sadā gotamasāvakā;
Yesaṁ divā ca ratto ca,
niccaṁ kāyagatā sati.

The disciples of Gotama
always wake up refreshed,
who day and night
are constantly mindful of the body.
