Feeling we lack the strength for something, physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
What the Bible can tell you
He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.

Feeling weak does not make you less valuable. The text says strength shows best in weakness, because it pushes us to ask for help. Admitting your limits is the start of a more honest strength.
